Scout Clinton Kelly organized Troup 876 to repair and level 9 headstones and 5 footstones at the Warner Cemetery on May 20, 2006 for his Eagle Scout Project. Mr. Kelly consulted with NTCP on how to repair and level the headstones, and then he did the rest. Mr. Kelly did everything from fundraising, planning, organizing, and directing his troup members to completion of the project. He was the real CEO of this project. Be looking towards Mr. Kelly as one of your future leaders.
